Simply fill out the returns form which is included with your order. If you would like a new copy you can download one on our Returns Policy Page. Please contact us on email@example.com or (03) 9670 2010 to obtain a return authority (RA) number and to check availability of stock. If stock is available we will reserve stock for online exchanges so please contact us prior.
WHAT IF THE SHOE I WANT ISN’T AVAILABLE IN MY SIZE?
The stock on our website is an accurate reflection of the stock we have in our warehouse. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (03) 9670 2010 if you'd like to know if, or when, we'll get any additional stock of that shoe.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DON’T LIKE MY PURCHASE?
You are more than welcome to return your shoes for a refund as long as they meet our returns policy. That is; that they are still in their original condition and packaging, they are sent back to us within 30 days of being received, and a return authority number has been obtained from us prior.
HOW CAN I DETERMINE MY SHOE SIZE?
Every product on our website has a brand specific size chart attached to it to help you determine the size relevant to your purchase. If you’re not sure where to even begin you can go to our ‘How to Measure’ section, and this will help you find an approximate starting point. Always feel free to call or email us if you want to talk through any sizing queries in more depth with one of our staff.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SHOES?
Within every product on our website we will list the relevant care product related specifically to that style & material. If you require further instruction on how use these product and look after a certain material you can see this in our ‘Caring for Leather Footwear’ section.
WHY DON’T YOU LIST ‘AUSTRALIAN’ SIZES?
Typically speaking there is no such ‘Australian” size… all our product are listing in their manufactured size. We do then attach a specific size chart to help you convert this listed size to any of the 4 major size profiles. Not to worry, in most cases we can change any of the details within you order, just get in contact with us as soon as you’re able, either via email or phone and one of our staff will help you out. Just go straight to our Contact Us page.
