We currently offer the following shipping options:

Small order (under $20) - $6.00

Standard orders (under $100) - $12.00

Standard orders (over $100) – FREE

Express orders - $20.00

International orders (NZ only) - $25.00AUD

Click & Collect orders (Melbourne only) - FREE

HOW LONG UNTIL MY PURCHASE IS SHIPPED?

Orders are generally processed and posted within 2-3 working days from date of purchase. Unfortunately, at sometimes processing orders may take longer. Though if this is the case our staff will be in contact with you within 48 hours of you placing your order.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PURCHASE TO ARRIVE?

Please find the following delivery estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed:

NSW & ACT: 2-3 Business Days

QLD & SA: 3-4 Business Days

VIC: 1-2 Business Days

WA, NT & TAS: 4-5 Business Days

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

The Walking Company uses Australia Post and their eParcel service. This service requires a signature upon delivery and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide a delivery address that will be attended for delivery. If the address is unattended, the goods will be taken to the shipping addresses local post office for collection.

 

Customers can indicate instruction to leave the parcel unattended in a place deemed reasonable by the carrier. This is at your own risk.

 

DO YOU DELIVER AUSTRALIA WIDE?

 

Yes, we deliver to any address in Australia including Post Office Boxes & parcel lockers

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship internationally to New Zealand only.

 

Expected delivery throughout New Zealand is 7-10 days from dispatch. Registered Customers will receive an Australia Post tracking number (only available for parcels under 2kg) with their dispatch email.  This allows you to follow your parcel all the way to your doorstep!

Important information about New Zealand customs, duties, and taxes. You can find out everything you need to know about New Zealand customs and taxes on the Government website, and below we’ve listed the key points to note.

Some New Zealand orders may incur some customs or import duty charge – and charges may occur for orders over NZD$344.These charges will need to be paid by you on delivery of your order – we are unable to pay these charges on your behalf up front.

 

Orders cannot be returned to sender.  If you do not pay these charges, we cannot be responsible for any loss of money as a result.

 

We are unable to mark New Zealand orders as a gift.

 

CAN I PICK UP MY PURCHASE?

 

The Walking Company provides a click & collect service for all our Melbourne customers & those travelling to Melbourne. These can be picked up from our store, located at 348 Little Bourke Street, Melbourne.

 

All Click & Collect orders will be ready for pickup no earlier than 36 hours from time of ordering. Unless prior arrangement is made.

 

***Customers will receive an SMS notification when their order is ready for collection***

 

Orders placed and to be collected must be picked up within 5 days of ordering. Anyone not able to pick up their order within this period, are expected to contact The Walking Company to make alternate arrangements.

Unclaimed orders will fall under the guidelines and period of our returns policy.

 

 

CAN YOU GET MY PURCHASE TO ME FASTER?

 

Yes, we can send your order express, which means Australia Post will make shipping your parcel a priority. Simply select Express shipping when you are processing your online order. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, if you require us to send your parcel sooner please call us on 03 9670 2010.
